Submissions and Registration

Important Deadlines

  • Proposal submissions: 15th February 2024 (vd. Call for Papers)
  • Notification of acceptance and selection of proposals for oral presentation: 10th March 2024
  • Registration (with or without poster/oral presentation): 20th March 2024
  • Final programme: 30th March 2024
  • Participants send the PDF versions of the accepted posters for distribution: 1st April 2024

The event will be held in person.

 

Submissions

Proposals should be sent to the organising committee on or before the 15th of February 2023. Proposals should be submitted via the address dlc-lablij@ua.pt, as 2 attached Word documents:

Word 1:

  • Title of the poster
  • Abstract (between 400 and 500 words)

Word 2:

  • Name(s) of the author(s)
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Short bionote (maximum 400 characters)
  • Language in which the poster will be written
  • Language for the oral presentation (if selected)
  • Contact address (e-mail)

All the proposals will be analysed by the Scientific Committee. Notification of acceptance will be given on or before the 10th March 2024.

 

Registration

For registration, please send name and confirmation of payment to dlc-lablij@ua.pt. In order to issue a receipt, please indicate name, tax identification number and full address.

  • Registration fee with poster/oral presentation: 40 € (before 20th March 2024). The registration fee includes a conference pack, certificate, lunchs, and coffee breaks.
  • Registration fee without poster/oral presentation: 20 € (before 20th March 2024). The registration fee includes a conference pack, certificate, and coffee breaks.

All bank charges (inbound or outbound) should be borne by the remitter. The registration fee is not refundable in case of cancellation.

Students of the University of Aveiro and members of the CLLC are exempt from paying the registration fee. Nonetheless, the registration is mandatory for participation in the conference, even if being exempt from payment.
